Refund and Returns Policy

At M2H Bags, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- The product is in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories that came with it.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Items that are damaged, altered, or do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be eligible for a refund or return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons or their nature. These include:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@m2hbags.com within 7 days of receiving your order, specifying the reason for the return and including any supporting details or photos if needed.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- The product must be returned to the address provided by us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you paid using a gift card or a promotional voucher, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit.
5. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). To request an exchange, follow the same steps as mentioned in the Return Process. We will dispatch the new item once we receive the original product.
If the product you wish to exchange is no longer available, you will be issued a refund as per our Refund Policy.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@m2hbags.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or other proof of the defect. We will offer you either a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled without penalty if the request is made before the item has been shipped. To cancel an order, email us at admin@m2hbags.com.

After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, the return policy will apply, and you may need to wait to receive the item before initiating a return.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
