Cancellation Policy

At M2H Bags, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped by contacting our customer service team at admin@m2hbags.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please send us an email with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Refund: A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Order Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item by following our Refund and Returns Policy after receiving it.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Cancellation by M2H Bags

In certain circumstances, M2H Bags reserves the right to cancel orders due to factors such as:

  • Unavailability of stock
  • Errors in product information, pricing, or promotions
  • Issues with payment processing
  • Any unforeseen issues affecting the fulfillment of the order

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

For any pre-orders or customized products, cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order cannot be canceled as production will have already commenced.

5. Refund Process for Cancellations

Upon successful cancellation of an order (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

7. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain products are non-cancellable, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
